The Year is 2050, unfortunatly, the nation of Poland has lost controll of their Fission reactors. The entire nation has been covored in nuclear fall out. The newly established codes of their government state that all who are clean of radiation are to wear blue.
Brenda Burgh has just escaped to the nearby nation of Ukrain. Due to the recent arguements about where the fig originated from, the nations have broken all contact with each other; Ukrain has no idea of the plight that has befallen Poland. Upon Arival, Brenda had doned her Blue suit imediatly, assuming Ukrain would have heard of the massive wasteland on its border... they hadn't. You can imagine how this might be rather awkward...
